About the Flatiron

All over the world there is one piece of architecture that touches us all in many ways. For those of you touched by ‘Burnham’s Folly” (Editors, 2010) welcome to the  FlatIron at the “Elbow Room. Where architecture has created life long memories that only a historic Flatiron building can give.

Your experience begins with the craft cocktails & local beers on tap. The wine list is very approachable with interesting red & whites. The food is  contemporary selection of American Regional dishes, that Chef Brown describes as “at the crossroads of new urban/new rural cuisine”. In other words a “Vintage American Restaurant & Bar where only the food has an attitude.

Yours Truly

Glenn & Rolonda Brown
